DCS Corporation at Hanscom AFB, MA is seeking a Security Assistant to support the C3C / KR Division within the USAF C3BM Directorate. This full-time role focuses on security for collateral and SCI programs, secure facilities, and related documentation.

The position requires U.S. citizenship, Top Secret clearance, and a BA/BS with 7 years of experience (3 with DoD). You will perform security operations, documentation control, and program support in a DoD environment.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Must be able to maintain a Top Secret clearance.
• BA/BS and 7 years of experience in respective technical/professional discipline, 3 of which must be in the DoD.

Responsibilities

• Provide security support for collateral programs and SCI programs when required.
• Manage and operate secure facilities, spaces, and classified meeting environments.
• Assist with PHYSEC and INFOSEC activities per DoD and Air Force security requirements.
• Process and maintain accountability of classified mail, packages, and records.
• Review Visitor Access Requests (VARs) and access eligibility documentation.
• Verify proper CUI markings and distribution statements on documentation.
• Develop and maintain Security Operating Procedures (SOPs) and related security docs.
• Verify personnel clearances and access authorizations before granting access to classified information and facilities.
• Assist with security inspections, self-assessments, and corrective action tracking.
• Support secure VTC systems and classified meeting execution.
• Conduct entry/exit inspections and support anti-terrorism measures.
• Support security education and awareness programs via briefings and training.
• Provide administrative security support as directed by leads.
