Job summary

McBride Consulting seeks a Security Assistant to support the C3C/KR Division of the USAF at Hanscom AFB, MA. You will provide security support for collateral and SCI programs, manage secure facilities, review access requests, and help ensure compliance with DoD security requirements.

This is a full-time onsite role with 10% travel. Candidates must be a US citizen with a Top Secret clearance, BA/BS, and 7 years of experience (3 in DoD).

Qualifications

• US citizenship required
• Top Secret clearance required
• BA/BS degree required
• 7 years of experience in the discipline, 3 in DoD

Responsibilities

• Provide security support for collateral programs and SCI programs
• Manage secure facilities, secure spaces, and classified meetings
• Assist with PHYSEC and INFOSEC activities per DoD/Air Force requirements
• Process classified mail, packages and maintain accountability
• Review Visitor Access Requests and access documentation
• Verify CUI markings and distribution statements
• Develop and maintain SOPs, DD Forms 254s, OPSEC and emergency plans
• Verify clearances and access before granting entry
• Support security inspections and corrective action tracking
• Assist with secure video teleconferencing and classified meetings
