Job summary

AMEWAS in Patuxent River, MD seeks a Security Specialist (IBST)-Junior to support AARDT&E programs, overseeing SAP security tasks and PAR workflows. You will interact with DoD customers and maintain strict security practices while growing your clearance.

The role requires a Top Secret clearance onboarding and willingness to work on-site in a secured environment, with MS Office proficiency and security operations experience a plus.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet the requirements of DoD 5205.07 volumes 1-4 for SAP within the CSO.
• Process personnel security actions: PARs, nominations for special programs, foreign travel reports, briefings/debriefings.
• Interface with customer counterparts professionally.
• Create procedures for secure and successful execution of programs.
• Administer and control classified material per NISPOM.
• Plan and supervise secure facilities accreditation per ICD-705.
