Advantage SCI is seeking a Personnel Security Assistant I in the Washington DC metro area to support government and contractor personnel security programs. The role involves managing e-QIP, background documentation, and training materials, with emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Top Secret clearance.
• Minimum one year personnel security experience.
• Bachelor's degree or GED equivalent.
• US citizenship and 21+ years old.
• Experience with eQIP, JPAS, PIPS/CVS, FPPS.
• Ability to write clear, concise reports in English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct e-QIP operations for government and contractor personnel.
• Review SF-85s and SF-86s for accuracy.
• Create and maintain Personnel Security Files.
• Approve/deny User ID forms based on background checks.
• Process fingerprints via the 3M Cogent system or similar.
• Request security background reports from online databases.
• Assist with Security Awareness Training materials.
• Utilize NBIS system.
• Support USAccess HSPD-12 credentialing and access controls.
• Operate CCure 9000 and PassagePoint applications.
