Job summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Training Coordinator to support USSOUTHCOM J26 ENHANCED DOMAIN AWARENESS tasks. The role focuses on OSINT reporting training, geospatial tool usage, and operational dashboard utilization for partner nations.

You'll apply instructional design and adult learning methods to ensure effective knowledge transfer in diverse environments, conducting hands-on sessions and facilitating cross-cultural information sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Intelligence Studies, or a related field, or equivalent training/experience.
• Knowledge in OSINT methodologies and geospatial data analysis or intelligence tradecraft.
• Exposure to ESRI ArcGIS and/or dashboard analytics or mission-relevant tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OSINT reporting training for partner nations.
• Manage training on geospatial tools and dashboard utilization.
• Apply instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions.
• Facilitate cross-cultural knowledge transfer.
• Oversee training in geospatial analysis and visualization using ESRI ArcGIS or similar tools.
