Job summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Technical Instructor to support USSOUTHCOM J26 ENHANCED DOMAIN AWARENESS, developing and delivering training on data engineering, geospatial analysis, and OSINT, with practical, hands-on instructional content for technical users.

Responsibilities include creating exercises using Jupyter Notebooks, API integrations, metadata management, and structured data layer development, while ensuring secure data environments and aligning with government priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Intelligence Studies, or a related field or 5 years of equivalent experience in technical training or curriculum development.
• Working knowledge of OSINT methodologies and geospatial data analysis with practical exposure to ESRI ArcGIS, dashboard analytics, Jupyter Notebooks or other mission-relevant tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training on data engineering, geospatial analysis, and OSINT methodologies.
• Demonstrate familiarity with Jupyter Notebooks, API integrations, metadata management, and structured data layer development.
• Create and adapt hands-on instructional content including exercises simulating real-world data processing, analysis, and visualization tasks.
• Coordinate with the Training Coordinator to align delivery with broader training objectives and Government priorities.
• Facilitate documentation, post-training support, and engagement with personnel using strong written and verbal communication skills.
