The Cyber Secretariat provides strategic, operational, and governance support to the various boards and councils within the Office of Cyber Security (OCS) Front Office, ensuring that it can effectively oversee cyber defense priorities, risks, capabilities, and initiatives across the organization. The Cyber Secretariat serves as the central coordination function between members, leadership, and project teams and acts as an information custodian for the boards and councils. The role ensures that board and council discussions are well-prepared, decisions are clearly documented, actions are tracked to completion, and projects are elevated appropriately.
Education: Technical training, Certification(s), experience, and/or Degree (Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.) Experience: 8+ years of related experience. Required Qualifications -- Professional and collaborative demeanor Very strong organizational skills Exceptional written and verbal communication Ability to determine and engage stakeholders across multiple organizations Extremely high attention to detail Understand the use of transcription software and the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to interpret the transcripts and create reports Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Polygraph Location: Herndon, VA - Customer Site US Citizenship Required
The likely salary range for this position is $170,000 - $230,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
