Chimes is seeking a Facility Operations Manager to oversee a large government contract at Fort Meade. This role supervises staff, ensures contract quality and safety, maintains relationships with government and facility representatives, and manages schedules, payroll, and budgets.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience managing a workforce on a similar contract.
• Experience with building/facilities service management.
• Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving history.
• Ability to obtain/maintain CPR/First Aid certification.
• Knowledge of facility management, safety regulations, chemicals, SDS, and related compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned government contract.
• Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate employees and supervisors.
• Ensure quality, safety, security, and contract compliance.
• Build relationships with government and facility representatives.
• Monitor inspections and resolve quality/performance issues.
• Manage staffing schedules, timekeeping, payroll, supplies, and budgets.
• Conduct staff training and safety programs.
• Analyze operational challenges and recommend solutions.
• Attend meetings with government and customer representatives.
• Support Chimes employees with disabilities alongside HR and job coaches.
• Respond to urgent contract/facility needs when required.
