Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector in Aurora, CO is seeking a Program Cost Control Analyst – Level 2 to help prepare budgets and schedules for contract work, assist with funding analyses, and ensure adequate funding by maintaining expenditures and submitting funding requests to the government.

The role requires an active DoD Top-Secret clearance, a relevant degree, and offers a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off. The company emphasizes total rewards and meaningful, high-impact programs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with DoD Top-Secret eligibility is required or equivalent experience.
• Experience with financial analysis and reporting, and proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and cost control practices is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Set up cost control system, monitor and control costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system.
• Support audits and reviews requested by programs, customers, and company management, fact-finding and negotiation support.
• Perform analysis and prepare reports to ensure contracts stay within negotiated parameters and government guidelines.
• Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) tasks including WBS development, budget baseline, and estimates to complete.
