Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Redondo Beach, CA is seeking a Business Process Analyst – Level 2 to join our Space Sector team. This role is 100% onsite and focuses on financial data accuracy, reporting, and process improvement across SAP, Cobra, and Power BI tools.

You will contribute to cost-management and project reporting for critical programs. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in business process analysis and must hold an active Top Secret (SCI) clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in business process analysis or related field.
• Active U.S. Government Top-Secret clearance (SCI) is required.
• Proficiency in Excel and handling large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Support recurring business and financial processes with data collection and reporting.
• Manage data flows across SAP, Cobra, wInsight, and related reporting tools.
• Update Cobra rate files and validate data for cost reporting.
• Assist SAP processes including networks, WBS elements, IWOs, settlements.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Participate in testing and implementation of system updates.
