Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Business Process Analyst – Level 2 in Redondo Beach, CA to support recurring reporting cycles and ensure data accuracy across SAP, Cobra, wInsight, Power BI, and Excel-based tools. This 100% onsite role focuses on instituting process improvements and detailed data validation.

You will work with cross-functional teams to update systems, generate reports for leadership, and document workflows to enhance efficiency while safeguarding sensitive information and complying

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in business process analysis, financial systems support, reporting, or data analysis.
• Active U.S. Government Top-Secret or SCI clearance required at time of application.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to work with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Support recurring business and financial processes and scheduled reporting cycles with data collection and validation.
• Manage Cobra, SAP, and wInsight data flows and related reporting tools.
• Update Cobra code files, rate files, and validate cost reporting data.
• Create and maintain SAP networks, WBS elements, IWOs, and cost-structure data.
• Investigate data discrepancies and perform root-cause analysis.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports using Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools.
• Participate in testing, validation, and implementation of system updates and process changes.
• Document processes, SOPs, and job aids to improve consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to refine requirements and support improvements.
• Ensure accuracy of sensitive financial and operational data.
