Job summary

LMR Technical Group is seeking a Paralegal/Legal Assistant II to perform complex daily administrative and litigation support for the Defense Office of Hearings and Appeals. Arlington, VA location; must handle classified/unclassified case files and utilize DISS and DOHA systems.

Requires a Top Secret clearance, a Bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant experience; operates under DOHA processes and protects PII. Eligible for comprehensive benefits and federal compliance duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Two years of administrative/litigation experience.
• Familiarity with DoD security clearance processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex litigation support and administrative tasks.
• Manage case files and prepare documents for adjudication.
• Enter data into DOHA and DISS case-tracking systems.
• Research FOIA/PII issues and ensure compliance with privacy laws.
• Coordinate with DOHA staff and legal officers.
