Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector seeks an Industrial Security Analyst – Level 3 in Boulder, CO. The role is 100% onsite and focuses on managing program security operations across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities include serving as CSSO, supporting high-visibility programs, developing security SOPs, conducting internal audits, and ensuring compliance with DoD and IC security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of professional experience, or Master’s with 3 years.
• Active Top-Secret security clearance required.
• Knowledge of CFR 32 part 117 (NISPOM); ICDs; DoD Manuals and related security requirements.
• CSSO experience within a SCIF or SAPF.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with SIMS and/or Government Security Databases (JADE, DISS, NISS, SIMS).
• Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as CSSO, providing security oversight of restricted programs.
• Support fast-paced, high-visibility programs with proactive security guidance.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and security documentation.
• Plan and conduct internal security audits and close corrective actions.
• Lead and manage investigations into security incidents and ensure proper reporting.
• Provide facility security administration and program indoctrinations.
