Qualifications
- US citizen with Top-Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a STEM field from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years of facility management experience.
- Experience working in or with government facilities.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate office space projects and relocations for internal moves.
- Track facilities work requests and provide status updates to customers.
- Respond to maintenance issues in government-occupied facilities.
- Develop revisions to the facility plan based on changes.
- Provide technical reviews of contractor reports and recommendations.
- Assist in evaluating technical packages for facility requirements.
- Support installation and administration of the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System.
- Identify and analyze custodial requirements for NCRC communications.
