Job summary

Great Hill Solutions, LLC is seeking a Facilities Manager SME in Orlando, FL to oversee facility operations, space planning, and infrastructure improvements in support of the National Cyber Range Complex (NCRC). The role is fully on-site and requires working with government stakeholders and contractors on mission-critical testing and events.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in facilities management, a STEM degree, and a US citizenship with a Top-Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other STEM field from an accredited college or university.
• 5+ years of experience in facility management and coordination.
• Experience working in a government facility.
• Must be a US Citizen and hold a Top-Secret clearance.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and tracking requests and monitoring progress for office space renovations, and reconfiguration and relocation of office equipment and furnishings in support of internal moves.
• Track facilities work requests and provide support to customers, such as assistance with initiation of work requests and determination of work request status.
• Respond to reports of maintenance issues and other problems involving occupation, use, and maintenance of Government occupied facilities and interface with property managers, service contractors, and on-site maintenance personnel to determine the status of and ensure issue and problem resolution.
• Develop revisions to the facility plan based on facility or system modifications and updates.
• Provide technical review of all contractor reports relative to facilities and provide comments and/or recommendations.
• Assist in the evaluation of technical packages submitted by contractors relative to facility requirements and assist in evaluating the acceptability of proposals.
• Provide technical support towards the installation and administration of the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System.
• Identify and analyze all aspects of NCRC Communications Security custodial requirements.
