Job summary

CA CI International Inc. is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join the Infrastructure Team in Sterling, VA. The role focuses on automating and improving infrastructure and deployment capabilities while collaborating with development, network, and cybersecurity teams.

The candidate will install and maintain RHEL systems, build CI/CD pipelines, and support containerized environments with Docker and Kubernetes. A Top Secret clearance is required, and DoD-related experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• US citizen eligible for Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 2–4 years of experience.
• Experience administering Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Experience with Ansible, Bash, and/or Python for automation.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or similar.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of DevOps and DevSecOps principles and secure deployment practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain RHEL-based systems.
• Develop automation and configuration management solutions.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines.
• Deploy and support containerized apps using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Diagnose issues across OS, networking, and deployment environments.
• Support DevSecOps processes including security testing and remediation.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for configurations and deployments.
