Job summary

Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC is seeking a full-time Enterprise Architecture & Data Management Lead for on-site support with a government client in Linthicum, MD. A Top Secret clearance is required to oversee data governance, BI, ETL, and compliance activities.

The role directs data management, secure data exchange, and AI readiness, coordinating with government representatives and contractor leadership to ensure delivery against PWS requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance.
• Degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• 7–10 years in IT service management or enterprise operations with at least 3 years in a lead/supervisory role.
• ITIL 4 Foundation or higher recommended; related certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management of contractor personnel and activities.
• Oversee data governance, metadata, data quality, and access controls.
• Oversee secure data exchange and interoperability among systems and mission partners.
• Direct BI architecture, ETL, data integration, reporting platforms, dashboards and KPIs.
• Ensure information management, records management and compliance.
• Coordinate AI use-case assessments, data readiness, governance compliance, and model deployment activities.
• Assist Government with contract-related financial and business processes.
• Exercise authority to make binding decisions on behalf of the contractor.
