Job summary

Cipher Tech Solutions, a federal contractor, seeks an Enterprise & Data Task Lead with Top Secret clearance to drive cloud and data architecture, DevSecOps, and IT modernization efforts. You will manage a team embedded with a US government partner, prioritizing requirements with project management and delivering secure, scalable infrastructure.

The role combines individual technical leadership with team supervision for 15–25 engineers, in a hybrid environment without telework.

Qualifications

• US citizen with active TS clearance or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/EE/IT/Math/Physics.
• Minimum five years of post-graduate experience.
• Experience leading 15–25 engineers.
• 3+ years building and securing network infrastructure.
• 1+ year CI/CD leadership with containerization and IaC.
• 2+ years migrating legacy systems to multi-cloud/hybrid-cloud.
• PMI PMP certification.
• DoD 8570 IAT II or Security+.
• AWS/Azure services design and management.
• On-premises and hybrid-cloud experience.
• Docker/Kubernetes experience.
• ETL/data warehousing experience.
• Data Lakes/Warehouses design (AWS/Azure).
• SharePoint experience.
• MS Office for reporting.
• Architecture docs tools: Cameo/Visio/Draw.io.
• AI integration in workflows.
• AWS/Azure architecture certifications.
• DoD 8570 IAT III (CISSP).

Responsibilities
