Job summary

Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC is seeking a full-time Enterprise Architecture & Data Management Lead for on-site support with a government customer in Linthicum, MD. A Top Secret clearance is required.

The role oversees data governance, BI architecture, ETL, data integration, and reporting platforms, aligning information management with program objectives. Strong leadership, governance expertise, and government-facing coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance required.
• Degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• 7–10 years in IT service management, enterprise operations, or IT asset management, with at least 3 years in a technical lead or supervisory role.
• ITIL 4 Foundation or higher recommended; relevant IT asset management, configuration management, and IT service management certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management and oversight of contractor personnel and subcontractors.
• Oversee data governance frameworks, metadata management, data quality, and access controls.
• Oversee secure data exchange and interoperability among systems and partners.
• Facilitate communication between Government representatives, contractor leadership, and technical staff.
• Direct BI architecture, ETL development, data integration, reporting platforms, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Ensure information management, records management, and compliance activities.
• Track requirements, activities, and performance using industry-standard methodologies.
• Oversee knowledge repositories, automated reporting workflows, dashboards, and knowledge-sharing capabilities.
• Coordinate AI use-case assessments, data readiness, governance compliance, and model deployment.
• Ensure quality and efficiency of contractor activities per PWS; assist Government with contract-related financial and business processes (excluding inherently Governmental functions).
• Exercise authority to make binding decisions on behalf of the contractor and notify Government of potential limitations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide overall management and oversight of contractor personnel, including subcontractors, and all assigned activities supporting customer requirements.
• Oversee data governance frameworks, data standards, metadata management, data quality, and access controls
• Oversee secure data exchange and interoperability among systems and mission partners
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between Government representatives, contractor leadership, and technical personnel.
• Direct BI architecture, ETL development, data integration, reporting platforms, dashboards, and KPIs
• Ensure execution of information management, records management, and compliance activities
• Track and document requirements, activities, and performance using industry-best standards and proven methodologies to enable continuous Government monitoring and evaluation.
• Oversee knowledge repositories, automated reporting workflows, dashboards, and knowledge-sharing capabilities
• Coordinate AI use-case assessments, data readiness, governance compliance, and model deployment activities
• Ensure the quality, efficiency, and successful execution of contractor activities in accordance with all applicable PWS requirements.
• Assist the Government with contract-related financial and business processes while excluding inherently Governmental functions.
• Exercise authority to make binding decisions on behalf of the contractor organization and proactively notify the Government of potential contractual, programmatic, or resource limitations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active Top Secret Clearance
• A degree in the field of computer science or a related discipline is preferred.
• 7–10 years of IT service management, enterprise operations, or IT asset management experience, including at least 3 years in a technical lead or supervisory capacity.
• ITIL 4 Foundation or higher is recommended. Relevant IT asset management, configuration management, and IT service management certifications are advantageous.
