Job summary

IDS International is hiring a Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) in Annapolis Junction, MD, supporting the National Security Services team. The CST will monitor secure construction operations, ensure ICD 705 compliance, and document findings while maintaining security awareness throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualified candidates will have a Top-Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and a CST certification.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance is required.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Age 21 years or older; government requirement.
• Active CST certification is required for assignment; CST training may be available.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Operate inspection and surveillance equipment.
• Read and analyze construction designs and blueprints.
• Identify noncompliance with ICD-705 secure construction requirements.
• Write detailed reports and analyses of findings and security situations.
• Maintain daily logs during assigned shifts.
