The CST will observe personnel, screen equipment, and maintain thorough daily logs and reports on site in Port Hueneme, CA. Qualified candidates will have CST training, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance; two years’ CST experience on

Qualifications

• Must be US citizen and at least 18 years old; ability to obtain TS clearance.
• Two years CST experience on US government construction projects.
• Completion of CST training course; pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction workers to preclude surveillance devices.
• Screen equipment and materials for controlled areas using X-ray or approved methods.
• Operate inspection equipment and analyze plans; read blueprints and understand architect intent.
• Write detailed reports and maintain daily logs; ensure compliance with ICD 705 and TSCM standards.
