Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Program Manager 3 – Operations & Integration to lead the OU’s strategy and execution for a complex program. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, schedule integrity, and data-driven decision support across multiple sites, including Rancho Bernardo, Palmdale, and El Segundo.

The ideal candidate will drive staff cadence, manage execution, and maintain executive communications while navigating a dynamic, high-visibility environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years (or STEM degree with 9 years) of related experience.
• Master’s degree and 8 years (or STEM degree with 7 years) of related experience.
• Experience with Risk and Opportunity Management.
• Experience with EVMS, CAM, IMS, BOEs and cost-schedule-risk trade off management.
• Must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret or higher clearance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain SAP clearance.
• Experience in project/program management and related functions.

Responsibilities

• Drive operating rhythms and cadences across the OU with status reports and executive communications.
• Plan and facilitate staff meetings with agendas, tracking, and analytics.
• Engage with leaders at all levels to understand requirements and foster a positive culture.
• Manage execution across the team with calendar, tasks, and deliverables.
• Serve as focal point for communication for internal logistics and integrator activities.
• Lead cross-functional forums to surface issues and drive resolution of actions.
• Improve operational efficiency by identifying bottlenecks and driving improvements.
• Oversee execution of strategic projects, developing plans and partnerships.
• Integrate metrics and dashboards to streamline procedures and communications.
• Prepare leadership for meetings with data collection and pre-briefs.
