Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking an experienced Endpoint Engineer to manage the full lifecycle of endpoint devices. The role includes OS imaging, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and Tier 3 support using endpoint management tools.

You will ensure consistent endpoint configurations across the organization, document procedures, and collaborate with IT teams. A strong background in Windows and macOS management and a Top Secret clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years' IT experience focused on client/endpoint management for Windows and macOS.
• Strong expertise with endpoint management tools and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of endpoint devices for performance, reliability, and security.
• Perform OS imaging, configuration, and deployment for Windows and macOS.
• Implement patching, software delivery, and security updates via endpoint tools.
• Remediate endpoint vulnerabilities to maintain security compliance.
• Provide Tier 3 support for escalated endpoint issues and create documentation.
