Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager Computer Systems Analysis 2 to lead a team of ISSOs/ISSMs/SA's, overseeing security assessments and compliance across classified environments. The role requires TS clearance and a track record in SAP/SCI programs, with on-site work in Illinois.

You will guide risk mitigation, coordinate with government authorities, and drive formal accreditation activities while supporting the development of state-of-the-art secure systems for national security programs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in IT/Information Systems or related field and 6 years IT/IS experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 8 years IT/IS experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Programs (SAP/SCI).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Classified Cybersecurity Analysts, ISSOs, ISSMs and SA's.
• Perform assessments of systems and networks, including audits and vulnerability testing.
• Develop and enforce strict program controls to mitigate risks and obtain formal accreditation.
• Coordinate with government agencies to ensure compliance with DAAPM, JSIG, ICD-503 and related policies.
• Document results, BoE and update POA&M as required.
• Communicate with program management and cross‑functional teams to align security requirements.
