Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Configuration and Data Management Analyst (Level 3 or 4) in Dulles, VA. This 100% onsite role supports critical national and global security missions, coordinating documentation, CDM processes, and program changes.

The ideal candidate holds a Top-Secret clearance, a relevant degree, and CM tool experience (SharePoint, Windchill, Enovia, EPLM). This position offers a structured environment with meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government Top-Secret security clearance at time of application.
• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of professional experience, or Master's with 3 years, or PhD with 1 year.
• Knowledge of CDM principles related to hardware configuration, data and change management.
• Proficiency in configuration management tools such as SharePoint, Atlassian tools, Windchill, Enovia, or EPLM.

Responsibilities

• Select candidate plans and coordinates preparation of project documentation, such as engineering drawings, production specifications, schedules, and contract modifications.
• Reviews contract to determine documentation required for each phase of project, applying knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Analyzes proposed changes of product design to determine effect on overall product and system.
• Coordinates modification records for management control.
• Establishes change orders and prepares for change authorization and documentation by company and subcontractor.
• Reviews and analyzes released engineering change data and coordinates changes with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and data control activities.
