Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Configuration and Data Management Analyst to support the implementation of CDM activities, manage CPLM-based systems, and ensure data compliance. You will collaborate with government customers, program teams, and suppliers to implement processes and deliverables.

The role requires experience with CDLM tools, strong communication, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced defense environment.

Qualifications

• Level 2 requires 2 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree.
• Level 3 requires 5 years with a bachelor’s; 3 with a master’s; 1 year with PhD; additional 4 years may substitute for a degree.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience collaborating with teams and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Configuration and Data Management activities using SharePoint, CPLM.
• Assist in building and managing program Configuration and Data Management systems, libraries, workflows and processes.
• Provide strong communication with Government customers and program teams.
• Ensure program data is approved, distributed and managed per DID and contractual requirements.
• Validate data and verify consistency with procedures and security markings.
• Input program-level metrics to benchmark effectiveness of CDM performance.
• Coordinate with program teams, customers, contracts and suppliers to implement CDM processes.
• Ensure document content is complete and within contractual due dates.
