You will draft SOPs and instructional materials, support stakeholder engagement, and create marketing and intranet content for ITBI services while maintaining consistent branding and tone across all materials.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required and maintained.
• Associate's degree or eight years of overall work experience may substitute.
• Five or more years of overall work experience.
• Experience in communications, IT Business Intelligence and data storytelling.
• US Citizenship is contractually required.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal communications, newsletters, and SharePoint content.
• Translate analyses into clear messaging for diverse audiences.
• Draft SOPs, guides, and other instructional materials.
• Support stakeholder engagement and data calls.
• Develop materials to market ITBI services and maintain intranet presence.
• Ensure consistent branding, tone, and structure across ITBI communications.
