Job summary

Claxton Logistics Services, LLC seeks an Access Control Specialist to support the MCWL contract in Stafford, VA. You will administer physical access control, manage credentials, visitor control, and policy adherence in sensitive environments.

Responsibilities include reviewing access logs, issuing and revoking badges, incident reporting, RAMS, and SOP development. A TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility is required to start; flexible schedule with morning to afternoon shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1–3 years of security experience.
• Familiarity with government security regulations, including NISPOM and DoD policies.
• Experience with access control systems (CCURE).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage access to secure areas and support compliance for sensitive assets.
• Administer physical access control and credentialing, visitor management, and policy adherence.
• Coordinate badge issuance and revocation, access provisioning, and incident reporting for violations.
• Review access logs, report anomalies, and assist investigations of security incidents.
• Perform database queries using DISS and Scattered Castles; print reports and manage case files.
