Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted real estate license.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your market; maintain auto insurance.
- Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience or equivalent.
- You are a trusted advisor with experience guiding clients through buying/selling homes.
- Proven track record of winning clients, closing deals and earning referrals.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
- Embrace technology to build your business and collaborate efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Help clients buy and sell homes, win listings and manage client relationships.
- Leverage Redfin.com customers and platform tools to reach qualified buyers.
- Coordinate with transaction, listing and support teams to streamline deals.
- Use the proprietary CRM to manage your pipeline and stay in touch with clients.
