Agents will receive 100 new Redfin customers yearly, a proprietary CRM, and a dedicated transaction team to help coordinate showings and bookings. Earns commissions with accelerators and perks for top producers, including stock grants and luxury-brand access.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted real estate license.
• Reliable transportation and travel within your market; provide proof of auto insurance.
• Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience or related real estate experience.
• Trusted advisor with experience guiding clients through home buying/selling process.
• Proven track record of winning web leads, closing deals and earning referrals.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Embrace technology to build your business and collaborate efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Use Redfin customers and your Sphere to grow your pipeline.
• Leverage Redfin CRM to manage deals and stay in touch with your pipeline.
• Receive support from a transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, and showing agents.
• Work with inside sales to qualify opportunities and book showings on your calendar.
