Qualifications

• Sales experience in automotive, retail, wireless, insurance, or high-ticket environments.
• Proven ability to communicate, influence, and close deals.
• Competitive mindset; track record in rankings or commissions is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus; automotive knowledge is helpful but not required.
