Job summary

Flynn's Tire & Auto Service in Kittanning is seeking an experienced Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and build a high-performance team. You will hire, coach, and develop staff, implement a growth plan for the location, and ensure a positive customer experience while managing expenses and assets.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of consumer tire products and services is REQUIRED.
• Knowledge of basic automotive services.
• Strong team leadership expertise with understanding of what it takes to effectively direct and motivate sales.
• Able to develop and implement a successful Business Growth Plan for location.
• Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding production, quality, efficiency, and customer service goals.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of Management Experience REQUIRED.
• Ability to perform tire work, including tire rotation and balancing/tire installation.
