Candidates must have completed a bona fide apprenticeship or have 8 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of training and work. Reading blueprints and teamwork are essential, with comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a bona fide apprenticeship or have 8 years of previous experience or an equivalent combination of training and work experience.
• Skilled in MIG, TIG, Heli-Arc, Oxy Acetylene welding.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and sketches.
• Willing to work any schedule, overtime, and shifts, and maintain safety standards.
• Knowledge of metal fabrication and welding across different metals.

Responsibilities

• Welds components ranging from small to large scale per specifications.
• Interpret blueprints and sketches to complete tasks.
• Operate welding equipment and monitor temperatures and safety.
• Maintain equipment, ventilation, and adhere to building codes and standards.
• Collaborate with team and follow leadership instructions.
