You will diagnose, repair, install, and maintain a wide range of equipment for restaurants, schools, healthcare facilities, hotels, and other institutions to keep kitchens operating safely and efficiently. Qualifications

• Experience repairing commercial kitchen or foodservice equipment
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of gas, electrical, refrigeration, or plumbing systems is a plus
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage a service schedule
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain a wide range of commercial foodservice equipment.
• Work with restaurants, schools, healthcare facilities, hotels, and other commercial customers to keep kitchens running safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, gas, refrigeration, and plumbing-related issues.
• Repair and maintain ovens, fryers, griddles, steamers, ranges, dishwashers, refrigeration equipment, and other equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and provide accurate service records.
• Communicate with customers about problems and recommended repairs.
• Follow safety procedures and manufacturer specifications.
