Qualifications

• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain a wide range of commercial foodservice equipment.
• Serve restaurants, schools, healthcare facilities, hotels, and other commercial customers.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, gas, refrigeration, and plumbing issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and service calls.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate with customers.
