Job summary

Hondru Chevrolet is seeking Automotive Service Technicians to join our team in Mount Joy, PA. This full-time position runs Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma and have experience in automotive maintenance and diagnostics. The role involves diagnosing and repairing vehicle systems, communicating directly with service advisors, and providing time estimates for repairs.

Qualifications

Previous experience in automotive maintenance, repair, and diagnostics.
GM certifications preferred - Intermediate & Senior Master Technicians.
State Inspection License and Emissions License required.
Valid PA Driver’s License is needed.

Responsibilities

Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently.
Test-drive vehicles and test components using diagnostic tools.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems.
Communicate with the Service Advisor about additional services.
Provide estimates of time needed for additional repairs.
Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
Able to lift 50lbs.
Other duties as needed.
