Job summary

Scharmach Ventures Inc. is seeking qualified automotive technicians in Washington state. The role emphasizes efficient, accurate repairs in line with dealership and factory standards.

You will perform diagnostics, coordinate with parts and service advisors, and contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Starting pay ranges from $22 to $45 per hour, depending on experience and ASE certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; ASE certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
• Proficient with automotive diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical vehicle systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Valid Washington State driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Perform diagnostic services and troubleshooting to determine repair needs.
• Communicate with parts dept to obtain parts to perform repairs.
• Communicate directly and efficiently with Service Advisors and Parts Advisors to complete the job in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Employers' values in all interactions.
