Job summary

LG Electronics USA is seeking a capable Line Lead to supervise production line activities at our Clarksville, TN facility. You will ensure adherence to SOPs and engineering procedures while guiding a high-performing team to meet daily and monthly production targets.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, manufacturing experience, and at least 1 year of line lead experience; flexible scheduling including weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience required.
• 1+ year line lead experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the movement of product through the production area.
• Ensure that SOPs and engineering procedures are followed and that all work is done to ensure maximum quality.
• Assist in leading and developing a high performance team.
• Assist in efforts to increase employee satisfaction and strengthen employee culture.
• Provide effective guidance to achieve the required quality and production goals.
• Ensure that product is in the process at all times; plan and organize work for efficient operations.
• Achieve daily, monthly and annual team targets.
• Promote a safe working environment and monitor compliance activities to support the safety program.
