Job summary

LG Electronics, Inc. in Clarksville, Tennessee is seeking a Production Line Lead earning about $20 per hour. You will manage product flow in the production area, ensure SOPs are followed, and help develop a high‑performing team to meet daily targets.

This role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, manufacturing experience, and at least 1 year as a line lead. You must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends and overtime, committed to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage the movement of product through the production area.
• Ensure SOPs and engineering procedures are followed to ensure maximum quality.
• Assist in leading and developing a high performance team.
• Assist in efforts to increase employee satisfaction and strengthen employee culture.
• Provide effective guidance to achieve the required quality and production goals.
• Ensure that product is in the process at all times. Plan and organize work for efficient operations.
• Achievement of daily, monthly and annual team targets.
• Promotes a safe working environment and monitors compliance activities to support the safety program.
