LeafFilter - Outside Sales Representative for Midland (Albiline) is a contract freelancer role with LeafHome. The consultant travels to company-generated, pre-qualified home appointments to present gutter protection and close same-day decisions.

Compensation is uncapped and commission-based, with performance bonuses and ICBA Contractors insurance. Evening and weekend availability is required, with a driver’s license and ability to lift 20–60 lbs expected.

Formación

• Hold a valid driver’s license (required).
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required).
• Ability to lift and carry at least 20-60 lbs. of sample materials (required).
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required).
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.
• A strong desire and ability to close the sale.

Responsabilidades

• Travel to and from your residence to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners.
• Follow a value-based selling process embodying honesty and integrity.
• Attend trainings and regular sales meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
