Job summary

LeafFilter Gutters and Gutter protection by Leaf Home is hiring field sales consultants to visit homeowners, demonstrate products, and quote options during in-home consultations. You will travel to appointments and drive value-based selling in a fast‑paced, commission‑driven environment.

You’ll learn a proven sales process through training sessions and regular meetings, with uncapped commission opportunities and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Be comfortable traveling up to 2 hours daily for appointments.
• Be able to lift and carry at least 20–60 lbs. of sample materials.
• Be capable of navigating various applications on an iPad.
• Previous outside sales experience is not required.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.
• Strong desire and ability to close the sale.

Responsibilities

• Travel to pre-qualified, company-generated appointments with homeowners.
• Conduct product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations.
• Follow a value-based selling process that emphasizes honesty and integrity.
• Attend training sessions and regular sales meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
