Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential mortgage lending experience.
- Ability to build and grow a mortgage production pipeline.
- Strong communication and customer-focused service mindset.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate knowledge of mortgage loan products, services, and investor underwriting guidelines.
- Follow policies, and applicable federal, state, local regulations.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure compliance for products and services.
- Interview loan applicants and gather required information to support credit decisions.
- Build strong customer relationships and promote additional services.
- Develop new business through referrals and networking activities.
