Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking licensed hair stylists to join our team. Your book and guest loyalty drive earnings, with top stylists earning $45–$88+ per hour plus tips, and potential to reach $100K+ annually.

We offer up to 75% commission, an 8-level career ladder, and 12 price levels to grow your earnings as demand for YOUR talents increases. Walk-ins welcome, with strong marketing support to drive guest traffic.

Qualifications

• A valid cosmetology or barber license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility = peak earning potential.
• Bonus points if you’ve got a book and we’ll help you grow it and your commissions from day one.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation.
