Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking licensed hair stylists to join our team. Your book, your income: top stylists averaging 45–88+ USD per hour (plus tips) with a clear path to $100K+ yearly. We offer up to 75% commission, an 8-level career ladder, and 12 price levels to grow your earnings.

Walk-in guests, strong marketing support, and a focus on getting clients in your chair help you maximize pay. Benefits include PTO, education, and more.

Qualifications

• A valid cosmetology or barber license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility = peak earning potential.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation.
• Bonus points if you’ve got a book! We’ll help you grow it AND your commission from day one.

Responsibilities

• Walk-in clients and provide hairstyling services.
• Consult with guests to tailor cuts, colors, and styles.
• Participate in in-salon marketing and promotions.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and client safety.
