Your book becomes your income; top stylists earn $45 to $88+ per hour plus tips, with up to 75% commission and an 8-level career ladder. We provide marketing support, training, and a flexible schedule to help you grow.

Your pay is performance-driven, and compensation includes service and retail commissions and tips. A valid cosmetology or barber license and ability to work in the U.S. are required.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or barber license required.

• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and client consultation.
• Having an existing book is a plus and may grow with us.

Responsibilities
