Job summary

Spectrum is hiring for a door-to-door sales role focused on acquiring residential customers in non-bulk MDU properties with 50+ doors. You will meet sales targets while delivering Spectrum connectivity services and building a career with a competitive base salary plus incentives.

Expect outdoor work ~80% of the time, flexible hours, and eligibility for total compensation over $100,000 with free and discounted Spectrum services for you and your family.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in sales or customer service.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets within the assigned MDU portfolio.
• Engage potential customers in 50+ door properties through door-to-door outreach.
• Generate incremental revenue by adding Spectrum services to existing customers.
• Respond to issues per company policy and resolve customer problems.
• Attend sales meetings and training; apply learnings to improve results.
• Complete documentation for dispositions, orders, and reporting on time.
• Collect funds and provide receipts per policy.
