Job summary

DARCARS Orange Park CDJR is hiring a Car Sales Representative to join our team. You will sell new and used vehicles, deliver exceptional customer service, and strive to meet sales goals in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.

The role involves in-person and virtual customer engagement, collaboration with Sales Consultants, Finance Managers, and the General Manager, and handling paperwork, delivery, and registration.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Commitment to customer service.
• Ability to read and comprehend policy documents and correspondence.
• Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, twist and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to their needs to recommend vehicles.
• Describe vehicle operations and features in person or virtually.
• Follow test drive procedures and obtain identification as required.
• Compute and quote sales prices, and coordinate with the finance team.
• Complete all paperwork and arrange delivery and registration.
• Maintain knowledge of brands, products, and pricing.
