Top earners working 30+ hours with loyal guests are averaging $45 to $88+ per hour (plus tips), with $100K+ per year within reach. We offer up to 75% commission, an 8-level career ladder, and 12 price levels to grow your income as demand for your skills increases.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night, weekend, and holiday flexibility boosts earning potential.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation.
• Bonus points if you have a client book and can grow it with commissions from day one.

Responsibilities

• Provide barber services including cuts, fades, color, and beard grooming.
• Deliver personalized consultations to tailor styling for each guest.
• Maintain a clean, inviting station and build a loyal client base.
• Engage in upselling services and retail products to maximize earnings.
