Average hourly earnings range from $45 to $88+ (plus tips), with potential to reach $100K+ per year. Expect up to 75% commission, an 8-level career ladder, and multiple price levels to grow your income as demand for your skills increases.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility to maximise earning potential.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and client consultation.

Responsibilities

• Provide barbering services including cuts, fades, and color.
• Consult with clients to determine desired looks and recommendations.
• Upsell retail products to grow commissions and tips.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workstation.
