Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking a licensed barber to join our team in a high-volume, growth-focused environment in New Jersey. You will cut, style, and consult, using a personal chair and strong guest loyalty to maximize earnings through commissions and tips.

Qualifications
- A valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
- Night/weekend/holiday flexibility = peak earning potential.
- Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation.
- Bonus points if you’ve got a book. We’ll help you grow it AND your commission from day one.
Responsibilities
- Provide haircutting and styling services including cuts, fades, and color per client needs.
- Consult with clients to recommend services and upsell where appropriate.
- Maintain a clean, organized station and ensure compliance with licensing and safety standards.
